Paul Rickelton is a Director in the Customer Success Group at Salesforce (Singapore). He is a Salesforce Specialist with 14 years’ experience working with Customer Relationship Management Systems. Paul is passionate about helping Non-Profit organisations transform through technology. He works with customers across APAC to help transform their customer service experience with the Salesforce platform.
The Pro Bono Program at Salesforce helps Non Profit organisations implement Salesforce capabilities to improve areas such as Donor and Volunteer Management. Paul leads the Pro Bono Program for Singapore and runs Pro Bono Projects with Non Profit Organisations. He also coordinates a Singapore community of Non Profit Salesforce customers.
